We drove from Los Angeles to attend my uncle's funeral at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery, so the location was excellent; only a 15-minute drive. However, what we experienced at the hotel was so terrible, Wyndham should remove their name from the property.
The young lady that checked us in was very nice, personable and professional, but our experience went down from there. Arriving in our room, we found it rather "dank" looking, there was not closet for our clothes, we had to leave the air conditioner constantly running to keep the room a survivable temperature, the water pressure for the sink was almost non-existent, we were given a soap bar smaller than a credit card (and not much thicker), the carpet was dirty and the power outlet at the sink didn't work.
The property advertised "breakfast", but all they had was honey buns, waffles, coffee and orange juice, no eggs, toast or any type of breakfast meat.
The toilet roll was half-used when we arrived in the room, so we needed another one by the next day. When I called the front desk and requested one, I was asked, "Will you be staying with us?" What kind of question is that to ask in response to requesting toilet paper?
We took our fur-baby puppy with us and when loading up my vehicle in preparation of checking out, the Indian manager, Deena, asked me if I had my original credit card I used to check-in. I told her yes and asked why she needed it. She claimed the original charge had not gone through. Upon returning to our room, I found the charge had gone through and had posted to my account already. Then I received an alert that a $60.00 charge had attempted to be posted to my card without my card being present. This turned out to be the manager Deena, attempting to charge me a pet fee without my knowledge and after I had already completed paperwork on check-in exempting us from the pet fee.
I filmed the "encounter" when turning in our room keys and notified Wyndham about the horrible lapse in customer service we received. This manager, Deena, seemed to be attempting to cut corners, costs, save money, and do the least possible in an attempt to make money instead of catering to customers, which is not the Wyndham way. I know this because I've been a Wyndham customer for more than 25 years and this is the worst experience I've ever had any of their properties.

amanda and kaitlyn were nice and the.manager was kind enough to switch room types for me although it should be noted, the wall insulation isn't too good. The rooms are clean, new looking. Well maintained. Ac is cold enough. Other guests were quiet. Didn't notice any noise from the hall. The side not facing the fast food restaurants is quiet. Other guests also seemed quiet. even though they only have 3.7 stars i really recommend staying here. you can tell its a decent place just by calling them and their tone of voice

Not real friendly.
Very low budget continental breakfast. Basically only a waffle with no butter provided. Staff said that the manager will not provide better.
Staff was not particularly friendly. Property shows signs of wear. Not really a Wyndham quality property.

They keep your deposit no matter what. Book through an agency like Booking.com and don't pay your deposit in cash or you most likely wont get it back. Manager doesn't return calls if there's a discrepancy either.
Old outdated tv so no streaming or connecting your phone. And very basic cable and no movie channel like HBO or showtime. Open wifi connect so very poor signal and vulnerable to cyber attacks.
The free breakfast is ok. Waffles you make yourself (no butter available though), yogurt and some type of muffin. Coffee, orange and apple juice.

Convenient location, plenty of parking. The room was nice and clean. Katie at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful when we asked for advice on where to go to dinner. She was friendly, and I appreciated her help. She's awesome!

Positive: The fresh batter machine and hot waffle maker, included in the free breakfast, is what I liked best. Negative: The wake-up call I requested was not entered correctly and didn't happen: good thing I had my cell phone alarm as a backup!

The parking lot and entrace was clean, free of debris, and welcoming. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast area was clean, well supplied with plenty of choices. Everyone was helpful and kind. Very reasonable price for our week long visit for a Celebration of Life.
