Zusammenfassung: Geh da nicht hin. Es ist sehr schlecht und wird nicht besser.

Los geht es in der Lobby. Man kommt rein und es stinkt nach Marihuana. Wenn man dann durch das komplett verdreckte Treppenhaus geht oder den versifften Aufzug nimmt kommt man an sein Zimmer. Betritt man dieses, kommt einem alter, abgestandener Zigarettengestank entgegen. Ein Zimmertausch wird abgelehnt, auschecken darf man auch nicht, weil man sonst völlig umsonst bezahlt.

Im Zimmer gibt es keinen Safe. Auch der Rauchmelder wurde wohl gestohlen. (Für den Besitzer: Zimmer 216). Selbst eine Toilettenbürste wird nicht geboten.

Unter der Matratze sind fremde Socken, Flecken im Teppich, Wände, Decke und Vorhänge gibt es genügend.

Die Wände sind sehr dünn, man hört alles.

Weiter geht es beim Pool. Der Boden um den Pool herum ist sehr ekelhaft dreckig und voller Müll. Der Rettungsring löst sich in seine Bestandteile auf. Der Whirlpool ist außer Betrieb und da drin sammelt sich Dreckwasser und Müll.

Das Frühstück ist sehr spärlich und lieblos hergerichtet. Zum Geschmack sage ich nichts, da Geschmäcker verschieden sind, das muss jeder selbst beurteilen...

Das Hotel liegt südlich von Houston ziemlich mittig zwischen dem Zentrum, dem Strand und dem Space Center. Alles ist jeweils zwischen 20min und 30min weg. Die Gegend ist ein Problembezirk. Die Tankstellen in der Nähe haben Schusssichere Scheiben um ihre Mitarbeiter zu schützen. Die Polizeipräsenz ist ziemlich erhöht.

Der Inhaber verspricht seit Jahren unter den schlechten Rezensionen, dass er es verbessern möchte. Passiert ist nichts.

Kosterersparnis wird hinter covid versteckt.
Statt ein Buffet gab es einen kleinen Kuchen und einen Müsliriegel.
Es gab keinen Fön wie in der Beschreibung angegeben und keine Waschmaschine auf dem Zimmer.

We were in Houston last week and stayed at the Hobby airport location. This hotel is in a bad part of town. The rooms were not clean, hair in the bathroom, areas of carpet looked like it was soiled with some food or vomit. Asked the front desk for clean washcloth and they didn’t have any. We had to go buy towels and washcloths for showering. We asked for a refund so to go somewhere else or change to the George Bush location. It was denied. I had a muffin in a to go container and I was gonna eat it but a roach was in the container(now this pissed me off cause I better not have brought any roaches home with me). The hotel smelled of mildew. We had to pay some stupid deposit of $100 dollars.I wish I could give this hotel a 0. DO NOT STAY Here. Big mistake. We just tolerated the hotel to sleep and stayed gone during the whole day

ZERO stars! This place is just as disgusting as everyone says it is. The ppl that give it good reviews are obviously being paid to do so. It's nasty from top to bottom AND they are thieves. Not to mention the customer service SUCKS. How you gone give me 2 towels for 5 ppl and tell me u don't have anymore? I literally had to walk up in their maintenence servers laundry area and demand some towels. Then, my fiancé accidentally left one of my bags in the closet when we left. Soon as I noticed (the same day) i called to inform them and immediately headed that way to get it. When I got there the cleaning crew had returned the purse to the front but had stolen half the stuff out of it. I should've pressed charges against this sorry excuse for a hotel.

Freaking horrible!!!!! Don't stay here! Listen to the reviews! Still currently in the hotel and it's PATHETIC! Horrible! Floors are dirty, like they have vomit or something on them, hair on pillows, no clean wash cloths! When you ask front desk they cannot provide them. Pool not accessible! BREAKFAST WAS NOT SERVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I said to myself ok I'll just deal with it, until I came downstairs for breakfast at 6am and the front desk advised me that the "people" didn't come and she does not know if they are coming! Guest relations was no help! Cannot get in contact with property manager. Like it's just ridiculous! Has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! I'm beyond PISSED! They need to rethink this whole business! It's pathetic! PLEASE DONT REPLY TO MY COMMENT TALKING ABOUT THIS IS NOT THE USUAL EXPERIENCE OF YOUR GUEST AND YOU WILL SHARE MY CONCERNS WITH YOUR TEAM CAUSE IT SEEMS THAT THIS IS INDEED THE EXPERIENCE YOUR GUESTS RECEIVE! So don't lie to me. DO BETTER!!!! For the next!

Positive: Nice room, good bedding and linens, quiet and overall clean. Negative: The advertised breakfast consisted of waffles and toast. There was no butter, cream cheese, bagels, danish, and no protiens. The front desk said full breakfast is only on weekends. Huge disappointment.

Zero stars if possible. Room was dank, damp, and smelled of wet rag mildew. Carpet left a sticky residue feeling on your feet. No ventilation in the bathroom. ||The first room they checked us into was not set, uncleaned, and had dirty blankets and pillows in a pile on the floor. Then we got moved to the room described above. ||They require a 2nd deposit of $100 before checking in. I witnessed two guests get denied a room and no refund. Bookers beware!||Very cheap, but you get what you pay for.
