Wir hatten ein two-bedroom-appartment und waren sehr zufrieden. Zum günstigen Preis gab es große, saubere Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück und kostenlos Parken und wireless Internetzugang. Die Lage ist zwischen Airport und Stadt. Bis San Francisco ist es mit dem Auto nicht weit und auch ein Bahnanschluss ist in der Nähe.

The location is good for a suburban feel- the staff are helpful and friendly, my room was located on the second floor and there are about 15 or so to carry luggage up. There was an attendant on the second day that helped with that but I did have to leave bags in the car overnight which was risky. Rooms were clean, kitchens are stocked. Worth it in every sense. The gym is minimal for a Marriott.

I had water damage to my condo and my insurance put me in alternative housing at the Residence Inn San Mateo/SF Airport. Awesome Service. Awesome Breakfast. Awesome Check-in. The service, attitude of staff, room accommodations we excellent. Beginning with a great check –in, thank you Curtis. Excellent housekeeping staff – Thank You Rita, and excellent Maintenace staff who could fix anything – Thank You Israel and Vergil. Breakfast was fresh and homemade, nothing was repetitive -Thank you Breakfast staff. Would highly recommend this property as it meets Mariott’s excellent Brand.

I called the hotel very frustrated due to a tricky room situation, and was met with a courteous, kind, and professional demeanor from Curtis. Even though I went into the call admittedly with an attitude, Curtis helped to turn my experience around and was simply a pleasure to work with. The "Carolina beach community" look and feel of this hotel - with many separate buildings containing four rooms each - was not what we expected when we booked (my fault for not looking at the pictures very closely as I booked in a hurry), but we ended up enjoying this place quite a bit.||The staff were all lovely. Not only were they able to check us in (very) early, but they even upgraded our room to a two-story suite without us asking. They were also happy to answer our questions about the area.||The facilities were quiet, clean, relatively attractive, and seemed safe, even if they look and feel a bit old/outdated. The suite itself was roomy and clean. Since we were in a two-story loft, we had two beds and two full bathrooms. We also had a full kitchen with a refrigerator, counter, and dishwasher, which was a lovely surprise.||We were also fairly pleased with the complimentary breakfasts, which were in "pretty good but not amazing" territory (so, exactly what I expected). Some of the reviews mention a lack of things like waffles, fruit, or bread, but the regular assortment must have been updated at some point recently, because we had access to all of those things, plus pastries/muffins, cereal, eggs, oatmeal, potatoes, sausage, bagels, etc.||The hotel is a bit isolated and not in a particularly walkable area, though there are some decent chain shops and restaurants that you can walk to if you're willing to huff it for at least 15 minutes. If you want to head into San Francisco, anywhere in the city worth getting to is going to be at least a 25-minute car ride. (You can also drive ~15 minutes to get to the closest BART station.) There is no shuttle to/from the airport, which was a bit of a bummer.||Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay somewhere close to SFO for a reasonable price.

Could not get a restful night sleep here. People in the room next to me keep going in and out of their room from 1-4 am. The rooms are not sound proof. Especially if you sleep on the pullout closet to the door. On the positive, the staff have been great.

I work from 5 am to 1 am . During those hours I stay inside my room and don’t want to be bothered. They respected my privacy. Also, I’m constantly going outside to have a smoke and they didn’t make me feel bad about it. Great service. The room is nice and I’m looking forward to coming back.
