Doesnt matter if you have appt or not they are very slow, and they always mess up paper work or they just flat out dont do it on time and put pples jobs at risk and the fact that its hard to get a hold of anybody, they also dont listen to detail and send medications to the wrong pharmacy...I DEFINATELY DO NOT RECCOMEND

One of the best doctors I have ever seen. Dr Reddy always gives it to you straight and you're not just another person to make money off of. to He actually cares about his patients and is a very knowledgeable Dr. His physician's assistant are great too along with his staff. Myself and my children have been with his office for over 20 years and now he is my grandchildren's Dr. I highly recommend him and his physicians assistance Karen and Kelly.

His granddaughters bestfriend works there and she's hateful and rude. I went to get paperwork filled out and because they started taking my blood pressure i started asking questions as to why I was having to do all of these things just to get paperwork filled out. She called me a b!tch to the Dr.s PA. She came in and tried to talk down to me over it. Called back to file a complaint and found out that 3 of his working were laughing about it in the office of a friend that works there. Billy the office supervisor called me bk saying it was dealt with. But they all still work there. So if you want treated like a human DONT GO HERE!!! Find a Dr that cares and wants to help you, this Dr. And his team are rude and disrespectful as ever.

Dr Karen has absolutely no respect when it comes to the patients concern’s. She tends to almost always rush people out. My boyfriend has some serious concerns about his breathing and his heart and she doesn’t take the time to listen and would get frustrated when I’d insist on slowing down and asking a bunch of questions I really don’t recommend this office they’ve seriously gone down hill.

The wait time to get in has gotten better but the reason this office has a wait is because it’s the best in town. Karen and Dr. Reddy are wonderful and caring. They take their time and listen. Would recommend to anybody looking for a great family physician!

Seen “Dr.KAREN” lol stereotypical description of the kind of “md” she is. Not only was my wait almost an hour when I was the first appointment scheduled, but when she came into the room my concern for my reasoning even scheduling the appointment wasn’t addressed and brushed to the side almost as if she was only worried about getting more money from me wanting blood work done after my first concern was addressed. I haven’t been to this office in 5 years and the poor listening skills of this doctor is exactly why. The original reasoning for my visit was ignored and not addressed. She explained that the office didn’t handle what I was in the office for but never went into detail how I go about getting it handled.

I've literally been going here since I was born. Dr reddy and rita know me better than my own family. They're so loving and so caring and the staff is too. My advice yes the wait times can be a little up there sometimes and if you cant get through don't be discouraged, because they have tons and tons of patients alot of those being the elderly and newborns so many call in. But I highly highly recommend this dr office to anyone needing a family dr.
