This hotel is embarrassing. I travel frequently for work and is definitely one of the worst places I stayed. Carpet in my room was filthy and had several stains, the air conditioning did not work and only pumped out hot air. Every surface in the room was dusty or dirty. The shower was old and had several rust spots. If was paying for these rooms out of pocket I would have been furious.

My coworker was given a room in a similar state and requested a new room. The staff took him to 4 rooms that were worse than the last before being taken to a downgraded room with two queen beds, one had been stripped but never had new sheets put back on.

If it weren't for the gem show being in town we would have found a different hotel but unfortunately for us everything was booked up.

The attached bar and grill was the only redeeming quality of the hotel. The bartender was friendly and the food was alright.

First of all just to clarify I paid $860 something for 3 nights and this is what I got. The staff was amazing! They were very accommodating and nice. However they had to change my room due to many problems in the room was old and looked dirty. The second room they said was updated and newly remodeled however the bathroom door on the bottom was very tore up. I Was a little disappointed on the rooms due to the fact of what I paid for them. The courtyard was beautiful I just wished the rooms were as nice.

I have stayed here before. My previous visit and this visit were virtually the same. I received a good rate with my military affiliation. Upon arrival, when you walk into the lobby, it is always nicely appointed. Further in, the open air banquet area looks elegant. To the left is a small shop and the dining area for meals and drinks. Four elevators can take you to the upper levels of rooms, although there always seems to be one elevator that is out of order.

They offer a small workout room, laundry room and outdoor pool. Vending machines have decently priced soft drinks.

The rooms have a living room, bath area, and bedroom. Both the living room and the bedroom have TVs that worked well. A door separates the living room from the bathroom and bedroom.

My visits have revealed a somewhat clean room, but when you look around a bit, you can notice that things like the baseboards and walls are dirty, same goes for the doors. My floor could have used a good mopping.

General maintenance seems to be lacking when I visit. I found electrical outlets that were so old and worn out, a plug literally fell out and would not stay connected. A couple outlet covers were either cracked or completely broken. The refrigerator freezer was extremely frosted over. The faucets in the bathroom need some attention, the hot water was very difficult to use. The light to the left of the bedroom was unplugged, but after rearranging the TV and cable cords, I was able to plug in the lamp.

I found two little creatures on the floor upon my arrival, and watched as another scurried under the dresser.

The chairs, sofa and bed were comfortable. My room was partially serviced once, and not again during my four day stay.

Great place to stay. Rooms are spacious and accommodating. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Yes, the hotel is a bit old and could likely use a bit of a makeover, but it is not a deal breaker in any way - especially for the price. Everything worked, very clean.
We will definitely use this as our go-to when coming to Tucson.

Always, always read reviews before booking a motel! Something I learn the hard way! We didn't see any bugs, but the room was kinda dirty and rough. The heat did not work, so the room was very cold. It was an okay experience and quiet, but the other reviews on here had me weary and worried. Staff was nice. My car was fine in the parking lot over night. I'll definitely look for something better next time!

Preeeetty shabby but cheap for this economy. Room somewhat clean but generally run down. Dressers have chunks knocked out, carpets need replacing, multiple lamps didn’t work and phone for the front desk was dead. Def needs an overhaul. Staff was nice though.

Все было хорошо, но когда я хотел продлить проживание, две женщины не помню их имен, одна в возрасте женщина, вторая с большими ресницами которая постоянно жует жевачку, они списали с меня 497$ за 4 ночи, это много. Хотя мои друзья сняли такой же номер на 4 дня за 340$. Когда я сказал им что я хочу отменить заказ, они начали грубить мне и разговаривать с пренебрежением. После того как я отменил заказ, они якобы не поняли меня и списали еще 194$, хотя я не давал согласия. Я ясно им сказал что больше не буду жить в этом отеле, после этих двух ночей за которые я оплатил. Перед выселением она пыталась списать еще за один день. Я не понимаю зачем они это делают, они зарабатывают на обмане? Мужчина на ресепшене который работает в другую смену очень вежливый и адекватный. Нужно увольнять таких сотрудников которые пытаются обмануть людей. Если она мне не вернет незаконно списанные деньги я пойду в суд.

So we have been staying at this location for about 3 yrs now. But they are getting to the point of just leaving rooms with run down things. TV's are not working in family sitting room at all. Some of the blinds covering front family room window from hallway are run down, old, or broken. No conjoined rooms for large families even though they have partitioned doors to have conjoined rooms. The price is great though. But really thinking of trying to upgrade next year and look for new hotel. The thing we love about this place is the holiday decorations. So we will upgrade for a better room experience then just because of decorations. So we will see what the new year will bring!
