I highly recommend ANIKET CHAKRABARTI, MD right out of Pembroke primary care ! I have white coat syndrome so I alway get nervous! my blood pressure goes up so high when meeting doctors and my anxiety! I have to say that this place was a breath of fresh air, and I came out my appointment today smiling!!! I’m used to going into big offices in Boston where you are just a number not a person and leave feeling worse and with more questions then you had to ask in the first place.
Well finally this place is the opposite! I was very thankful for my health insurance finding this . it is taking me three years to find a primary care. Front desk, staff, physician assistant and doctor “AC”was absolutely very thorough and and did not rush you out of there and actually are truly trying to help you be the best healthy version of yourself!! can’t say anything else five stars they’re accepting patients give him a try!

For the past 8 years Dr. AC has been taking care of all my health concerns good and bad. His style and customer service is Amazing. He takes his time to spend with you on every visit knowing not just your medical issues but also he cares about how your life is going as well. The staff really wants to help, and moves a ton of paper as well. Quest sends someone for blood draw. Computer technology connecting other services. I love them.

I just came back from my first appointment with Pembroke Primary Care. I can't say enough good things. From the front desk (Christine) who by the way moved my new patient appointment up two weeks because I was having a health issue, to Caroline, the medical assistant who was kind and friendly, to the NP who spent at least 40 mins with me going over my medical history, to Dr Chakrabarti, who spent a long time with me going over everything we needed to address. I never felt rushed. He is kind and very knowledgeable. I am thrilled that I am in such good, qualified hands. If you are in need of a PCP, choose Pembroke Primary Care.
