This place used to be excellent with my previous provider, Kristen Mueller. Since she left I have made multiple attempts to become a patient of Dr. Corbean.

In that time my appointment has been rescheduled twice and the third time was outright canceled. Worst of all I didn't even receive a phone call to let me know. When I arrived at the front desk I was told they sent me a message in MyChart. When I got home I checked MyChart and there was no such message.

I am disabled and getting to doctor appointments for me is a laborious task. To not be notified by a phone call of a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice is the height of unprofessionalism. Then to be told I was sent a MyChart message when I clearly had not been sent one.

I decided to find a PCP elsewhere so as to no longer interact with such amateurish behavior from both the provider and staff. Very disappointed at how quickly this office has went downhill.

First off I’ve never waited more than five minutes for my appointment. The front staff are always so professional. Sam, LPN has always check me in and she is so pleasant and professional and just funny! Put me at every time. Sarah is the nurse practitioner I see and absolutely adore her she is professional but very straightforward. I’ve been going there a short time but I do feel like I found my new primary care manager.

I see Dr. Addington at the Cardinal Center in Marengo every 3 months for my condition. He is the best! I never feel rushed, he takes the time to listen to my concerns and explains everything. The staff have always been professional and kind. Great communication with lab/procedure results. These guys have definitely raised the bar. Very pleased with my care.

The front desk women is very rude!!! I thought it was a nice place my doctor helped me she was nice at 1st then stuff changed. They Judge you more than what you think they do they just don't show it in they say they don't but they do!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just like Morrow county hospital!!!

The overweight receptionist acted like it was going in to the secret service just to make an appointment she was extremely rude making sure to tell me he doesnt right painkillers i was judged because i am tattooed immediately poor poor service
