The rooms were OK. The beds were decent, but the pillows were a bit flat. The carpet was nice and thick, so the hallways were quiet. But it looked like everything had been spruced up quickly recently, like mirrors placed over light switch covers, and it was already showing wear. We had no trouble with check-in or check-out. Breakfast was good with some fresh food options. The coffee wasn't so good, but that's to be expected. The staff were efficient but not particularly friendly. The was a microwave and decent mini-fridge in the room, but things looked pretty dated.

It was clean and customer service was good. Smelled very nice and fresh. Breakfast was better than normal and hot. The only negative was the bed was hard! I was there for an overnight stay and if I'm ever in the area again it's definitely a great place and for the rates it was well worth it.

If you just need a place to sleep before or after a flight, it's fine.

The bed was comfortable and bedding was very clean.

Breakfast ends pretty early so I missed it. I appreciated the coffee in the lobby though.

Front desk staff was helpful and were very flexible with our check out time. We got in super late from a flight.

The location is okay. Appreciated the free parking. Felt safe. But nothing stand out.

Service was quick, Beds were comfy, love their cute little dove soap bars, pool felt nice, it was quiet. I got a room with two beds my husband loved ours said it was the best sleep ever! The room was clean staff was respectful and helpful. It was a all around good stay. Would gladly stay again

I should have stayed here our first night, big regret. DO NOT stay at the one near the holiday park. I did not stay at first as I was afraid of airport noise. We were visiting on the north side of the city and found this to be a perfect location.|This excellent representative of a Wyndham hotel has everything you want. |I was not accosted in the parking lot and I did not see it being used by the city for the unhoused.|This is a great value for the price!|For me the easy highway access was the best.

Don't stay here - keep looking. We had two reservations this month = August 2 and August 21. One August 2nd we had reserved a room on the first floor - and given a room upstairs. When we objected, we received a room on the first floor. The tv did not work on August 2nd. A man came in and jiggled some wires. It still did not work, but we didn't want to mess with it. On August 21, again, we were given the same room. The TV did not work and we changed rooms. In room 111, there was a strong smell of smoke, no hair dryer in the room, the bath tub did not drain .. water was over my ankles. Once it did drain (the next morning) there was a huge ring showing this was an on-going problem. The pillows were lumpie. The bathroom door needed to be painted - there was rust or dirt around the tub and the toilet rim had not been cleaned for awhile. The breakfast offered white bread, white bagels that had been frozen, small biscuits. Other items were warm - not hot. Breakfast hours were 7-9. The hotel was a disappointment at best. We choose because it was a Wyndham.. the quality is not there. This was supposed to be a non smoking hotel.
