We had a fantastic stay here! We had a group of 5 fitting into one room so our experience was definitely unique. After a nightmare Airbnb experience left us without a clean place to stay for the week, we ended up finding a great rate at this hotel on a room with two beds and a pullout couch. It ended up being perfect for us!

The room was spacious, clean, and well appointment with plenty of charging points for devices, storage for clothes and toiletries, plus a great I/O setup for the TV which is something that is often overlooked in hotels. The beds, linens, and pillows were all clean and very comfortable. My only complaint about the room is the size of the bathroom, it is a TIGHT squeeze which is a trend I have noticed at many other Hyatt properties across the US.

A few other important points include the breakfast options which were plentiful and the hot items were rotated daily which was nice to see. The location is fantastic, you have tons of great dining and shopping options just minutes from your room. While the area is not THE safest you can have in Dallas (I had heard stories of car break-ins so be careful), we never felt unsafe outside the hotel. We did however feel put off if not slightly unsafe via the elevators. They are old, covered in graffiti, and make all sorts of odd noises. They would sometimes take quite a while to start moving which definitely scared us more than once. Fortunately we didn’t end up having a problem.

Last but not least are the staff, everyone we interacted to from check-in to check-out to breakfast to housekeeping were fantastic. So kind and professional. Overall this is a fantastic property for the price we paid!

Clean, cool room and comfy bed. Excellent breakfast. Plenty of parking and the lot is well lit. The manager helped me with my gift card and provided excellent stress free service. I’ll definitely stay here again for my next Dallas trip.

Wonderful hotel! The rooms are so thoughtfully appointed with every detail that you need. Plenty of places to put luggage on elevated spaces, hooks for hanging, extra blanket, sofa area to sit and watch TV, sink in the middle of the room so that others can use it while someone else uses the bathroom, a vanity area for those who need to sit and do makeup, very comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, liquid soap dispensers for the shower, really cold AC, little fridge, and coffee and tea in the room. I travel a lot and they thought of everything!

My personal review.
Check in was easy and friendly, location was great. Here are my few low points.

The bed was very odd, it felt like a pillow top, too soft and it sank in pretty easily. I weigh 135 lbs, maybe if someone likes a super soft bed?
Also the bed frame was somewhat squeaky, not good for a couple.
Last part on the bed, the head part of the bed was slightly lower than the feet. Felt really odd. They should rotate the bed correctly.
Final two low points were the HVAC unit on the wall made some annoying noise throughout the night and the bathroom is incredibly tight to walk in and out.

It wasn’t a bad stay but I would choose something different next time.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay, after getting stuck in Dallas.

Rooms were very comfortable and clean and Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Seriously, every staff member was so great to us. Also, the breakfast was awesome.

10/10 Will be staying here next time I’m in Dallas

Positive: The beds were comfortable. Negative: We picked up the remote and it was chock full of gunk, absolutely disgusting. Seeing that wasn?t cleaned properly, made me question if the room had actually been cleaned or just made to appear clean. The breakfast was very basic with minimal options
