I recently stayed at this hotel, and honestly, it was one of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. First off, the noise was unbearable. All the exterior noise from the street was like you had the windows open, also there was constant banging, doors slamming, and what sounded like furniture being dragged around until late into the night. I’m not sure if it’s poor soundproofing or just a lack of consideration from other guests, but it made sleeping nearly impossible.

The hotel itself feels stuck in the past. The facilities are outdated, there was a missing shower door in our room, and the toilet was really old, like it hasn't been replaced in decades.

To make matters worse, the heater barely worked, and the room felt cold and uncomfortable. I expected a certain level of quality for the price I paid, but this was far below what I’d hoped for. They didn’t even have coffee for guests.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Save your money and find somewhere else.

We really loved it here. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. Cozy room well decorated and lovely lamp lights. Many charging plugs. Hot water from shower was super. The staffs at the reception couldn't speak in English but we managed to communicate with simple Spanish but Mr Yonathan was amazing in service and spoke very fluent English language. Cable TV programmes was great and fantastic. The location is good. The house keeping staffs were so wonderful. We really want to thank them. They ensured everything was kept clean for us. Towels were clean and fresh. Cleaning of the room was done everyday. Coffee machine made our lives easy. Highly recommended to everyone.

Hospitality was above and beyond. We arrived a bit early and were able to get a room. Well as you walk in it’s beautiful, clean and quiet. Just how we love it! We walked over the the buffet area and food was absolutely without a doubt amazing! Nothing like we’ve been to in the states. There was food you can also order like tacos, quesadillas and yes we ordered it all. We were unable to order alcoholic beverages but I’m sure those were delicious as well from the other tables that we’re ordering and I could see. Highly recommend this hotel. Room was so clean bed was very comfortable and our view out the window was nice. The pool area was also very nice.

I don’t even know where to start but I hope the general manager or someone in management reads this. I came for new years with my kids to visit family on actual new years we came back to the hotel and as I always do I parked my car in front of the security guards and their video cameras to wake up with my car stolen from their supposedly safe parking lot with multiple cameras and security guards when I reported it they couldn’t wait to get me out of the hotel they didn’t want to share video of the robbery to us they didn’t want to ask the guards that were there a few hours before what happened they wanted me to leave and forget what happened to us they smile in your face and don’t give a crap about us as guest they did not do anything to help or further any investigation so people please do not go here or you will become a victim I will never support or my family any holiday inn establishment they didn’t offer any help and me and both my young children are left stranded in Mexico because of their unsafe environment and security guards that didn’t do nothing at all they treated me like I was the aggressor and not a victim in their private property that I rented for the days I was visiting horrible very horrible way to treat a customer I will be suing for the pain and suffering they put us through and the loss they caused for poor service of security

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. There was some type of holiday event happening downstairs, and the music was so loud that the walls were literally shaking. I called the concierge, who assured me the event would end by midnight—but it didn’t stop until 2 a.m. My family and I barely got any sleep.

The next morning, I contacted my travel agency to request a refund. They advised me to speak directly with the hotel manager, who had supposedly been trying to reach me all morning. This was a blatant lie—I received no call or email from the manager. When I went to the front desk as instructed, I was met with a rude and dismissive attendant.

The manager finally came out, and to my shock, he was a young, inexperienced individual who offered us nothing but a free breakfast for the next day as compensation. Our only expectation was to get a decent night’s rest, which the hotel failed to provide. I asked for a refund, but he claimed he didn’t have the authority to grant one.

After contacting my travel agency again, they confirmed that only the hotel manager had the power to issue a refund, which further proved that this manager was not being truthful.

This experience was completely unacceptable. Management clearly does not uphold even the most basic standards of hospitality. I will never stay here again, and I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel at all costs!

I asked for a quiet room and received it.

The room was very clean & housekeeping was there everyday. The disinfectant that they used for cleaning was just a little overpowering for the nose.

Everyone was very friendly and very attentive.

Parking was no problem and it felt safe.

The hotel was on the edge of a nice safe area where there were plenty of restaurants within a short distance.

Nice location in zona Rio. The hotel is more on the basic side. You can see the years of wear and tear. Overall it’s a good stay. They have breakfast buffet everyday of the week at an additional charge.

YADHIRA ARMENTA

Todo muy bien el dia que llegamos, limpia la habitación, bien servicio en el lobby, dos botellas (de 1/2 litro) de agua, todo para hacer café.

Pero al día siguiente, ya no todo fue bueno; solo dejaron 1/2 litro de agua, no dejaron vasos limpios para el café (los vasos eran de carton), pedí una toalla al cuarto (que nunca enviaron), la llave se desactivo para cuando regresamos en la noche.

Y PARA CERRAR CON BROCHE DE ORO: falta de honestidad por parte del personal que realizo la limpieza cuando dejamos la habitación. Olvidamos unas pantunflas (NUEVAS), llame al lobby, les dije específicamente donde quedaron dichas pantunflas...... y por arte de magia, nadie las encontró, nadie las reportó..

Entiendo que debes revisar cuando dejas tu habitación, pero sé que ahí quedaron, una falta de seriedad por parte del hotel, el personal del lobby simplemente se deslindo por el indicidente..
