The location has some options for eating and drinking around it, which is convenient if you don't want to only stay at the hotel.
There is a pool, a jacuzzi and a gym, however the door of the gym broke on the third night of our stay and we had to call the reception to let us in.
The carpets could have a little refresher, they smell musty in some areas, the rooms feel outdated, all the dark furniture and carpets gives it a clunky vibe.
One of the towel holders fell off by itself, and I was woken up every morning by the fridge in the room making a sudden noise around 5am. I was on the fourth floor and I could hear all the doors slamming hard in the morning.
I really enjoyed the soap and cream options on the wall, they use the brand Dove and it smells good - unlike other hotels that offer those stinky, poor quality toiletries.

My room was very clean and comfortable. My bed was great, I asked for a 2nd blanket, and I received it right away! The staff were great; friendly, professional and very helpful. I asked if I could have a room on the same floor as the vending/ice machine and not too far from the elevator and my requests was accommodated without any issues.

Parking was easy and convenient, and very close to the office. The restaurant was extremely convenient; I always stay at this Holiday Inn when I travel to Arlington for business and eat at the restaurant at least twice, sometimes tree times. Great service, good food and friendly bartender. JT was great! My only recommendation is to add a few more things to the menu, maybe sliders, or different appetizers for those who don't need a full meal. But I will say, the grilled chicken Caesar salad was delicious on night one and
I had the Turkey Club on night 2, it was very good! Thank you!

When I called to book I was told $129 for the night, plus taxes and fees. When I checked in, the front desk said $175, then only charged me $150. I told them to charge my card the full amount at that time, which they didn’t. Didn’t make any sense. The hot tub was pretty gross looking. My shower handle came off pretty easily, which made adjusting the temperature very difficult. The floor in front of the bath tub was cracked and moved when we stepped on it. The room aside from the bathroom was pretty nice. The elevators were messed up, so we only had one & it was slow, but they did allow us to use the service elevator which was very nice. Breakfast is not included, it’s $12.99 per person which we didn’t bother with. The staff was very nice, though!

I had a lovely, very clean, very quiet room far away from the elevators, ice and vending machines, stairs, and all sources of noise. I had a bathtub in which to relax. There was a good sized refrigerator and, even though I didn't need it, there was an abundance of drawers and closet space with hangers, which would work well for longer stays. Not only was the room nicely air conditioned with a pretty quiet, new HVAC system, but the hallways were also very cool, all perfect in the steamy Texas summer climate. I also had a nice view of the two major stadiums from my room looking out at the front of the hotel. And, on top of all that, it was so convenient that there's a 24/7 restaurant adjacent to it so I was able to have a nice late meal after returning from a baseball game. The city's free "trolley" makes it so easy and convenient to get to and from the Rangers ballpark! And as if that wasn't enough, the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful!

The location of this hotel was very quiet even though it was right next to I-30.
The customer service was fantastic checking & out.
Our room had a king size bed with ample room for the 2 of us to have our own space, a spacious bathroom which had Dove soaps & lotion to use to take your skin feeling softer than better 🩷
The only thing I didn't care for was the bed. I felt like I was sleeping on a slab of cement 😒 The pillows & blanket/sheets were fine though.
This hotel has an indoor pool and jacuzzi 🤤
We didn't get to try it out because we only stayed the 1 night, but, considering we live in the next town over & the incidental fee is only $20, we will definitely be back 👍
There is a restaurant on sight that is open till 10 pm if you don't feel like going out.

Rooms were nice. Heated pool was nice as well. Bought two-day tickets for breakfast, only used one day. Breakfast was sub-par, and my wife became ill after eating. Fire alarm activated at 2 a.m. Was not notified until the following morning there actually was a fire in the laundry room of the hotel.

Everything was pretty good. Bed was comfortable, the A.C got really cold which is always a plus..The rooms we're really peaceful and quiet. Staff was really friendly upon arriving. Parking wasn't too bad. There are plenty restaurants and coffee shops around for convenience. The, only problem we had which was a small problem, was finding the turn in off the service road. It's kind of hidden by some hedges. But if you just look for the IHOP restaurant and turn in like you're going to the restaurant, you'll run right into the facilities.
