I adore Dr. Richeh and his staff and owe him my life. I have narcolepsy with cataplexy and finding a doctor who knows what that is and how to treat it is like finding a needle in a haystack. My neurologist before coming to Dr. Richeh almost killed me by misdiagnosing the cataplexy as complex migraines. It was Dr. Richeh who figured out that I was suffering from cataplexy and quickly started my treatment. In the years since, he has worked with my schedule, my geographic separation, and difficult employers who made filling out any FMLA paperwork an utter nightmare. His staff is great, and Alan always responds so quickly to my questions or requests for refills. I have never had an issue with his office and plan to stay with it for life. The bathroom is amazing, especially for those with disabilities. The only change I would make is that I would make the door in and out automatic or have a button that could be pushed. #doctor #productreview #customerservice

“IF YOU FEEL DOCTORS NEVER LISTEN TO YOU “

THEN DR WAEL IS THE DOCTOR FOR YOU HE NOT ONLY LISTENS HE CARES AND HE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!

Dr wael seriously deserves a Grammy he is an amazing doctor!!

He is the first doctor to do futher testing for my headaches when I was 16 (I’m 21 now and a full time college student !) I had brain surgery for a acute subdorial hematoma and it solved my headaches but now they’ve came back super bad with loss of vision completely for a few seconds , it slowly started with blurrier vision any other doctor has just sent me home with Tylenol and say take the day to rest..

but he gave me a nightly medicine that has helped my headaches go away at night so I can sleep

he has ordered me a mri and did other test that no other doctor would he really truly cares about his patients

him and his staff was very respectful of me and my task trained service dog(they did not distract him one bit ,other dogs and nurses at other facilities has came up to my service dog before even acknowledging me so I was worried about this happening but not at dr wael office )
when we came to the office it was very clean and I was treated with respect and he heard me which no other doctor has and I’ve seen 6 others he truly is the doctor that we need more of in this world I highly recommend him! 10/10 amazing service , and amazing compassionate doctor he truly cares!

Doctor is amazing. No problems at all. The nursing staff is edgy as they have been since the first time I came in. Just seems to be a thing around Shannon though.

God bless this doctor and his staff! After a nightmare experience with a different office, they worked me in the very next day after I called. Everyone on staff was so nice and understanding. The doctor actually took the time to learn and understand my issues. He is knowledgeable and skilled, ordering further tests right away. His office is 2.5 hours from my house and it was absolutely worth the drive. If I could give this doctor and his staff ten stars I would!

Dr. Richeh was very protective of my daughter and I really appreciate it. I communicated back and forth with him on phone calls with his male nurse. The communication was excellent and I always got the answers I needed in a timely fashion. He never minded when the hospital called to ask him questions and even dropped by to see her one day. He is excellent in care and very knowledgeable!
