It was a great stay very quiet peaceful
I appreciate it the staff and their security system. Be carefully make sure that your guest is safe to come to your room. Room was clean only issue we had was one of the coffee pot chords was broken so they had to replace us with another coffee pot. I would go back great stay great price.

This hotel has bad customer service and the whole hotel was stinky!!
The manager’s name is Bill and he was not helpful at all. This guy needs to be fired ASAP!
They refused to refund for the room that I booked. Their keycard was not working and they did not have any other room available for the one that I booked. The Manager, Bill Refused to refund me for the room and kept on arguing about it. This guy has no respect for their customers and very rude. The hotel was responsible for the inconvenience and I couldn’t even get my money back.

Other Complains: Hotel is infested with bugs and spiders, Hotel rooms are not cleaned, Rat poison smells, Rat poop everywhere, and Disrespectful employees and manager.

Trust me, you’d rather sleep in your car rather than inside the hotel.

The price on their website was incorrect it said 80 I was charged 325...the rooms were filthy I had purchased 2 one for me one for parents...the sheets were dirty the floors were dirty..the sheet rock falling down in the bathroom...lights didn't work the air conditioner did not work...the rooms stank...their so called free breakfast was supposed to be open till 10am ...they told us at 830 was closed ..I argued about it...went in we had to ask for anything we wanted to eat...he had to bring out coffee milk muffins etc...ridiculous! The hallways have not been swept...bathrooms in public area was closed the back door alarm was not working at night time...weeds outside as tall as my waist..windows filthy...when I told Kay about the big hairball on the floor in my parents room and the dirty sheets...she should come look at it she said that won't be necessary....never even apologized! This place should be closed down! Electric box hanging off the building...rocks covering sidewalks..it's just a huge mess! Never will I go back to their hotels! It's disgraceful! I told Kay they should be ashamed of themselves! Way understaffed! And I have all the pictures. Not the place to stay...they don't even care to hear what you have to say!

I've booked this hotel two or three times over the last 4 years; the second and third times, mostly because I couldn't find any other hotels nearby.
I've read the other comments complaining about the staff, but I personally didn't find that to be an issue. For a hotel at this price I didn't expect much for services, but this hotel even lacks the minimum which to me is cleanliness.
I'd rather not stay at this hotel again!

Went here and asked to get a room for tonight as I work close by & start @ 6am the hotel staff refused to even check if there was availability just said no rooms. I've been here in the past and had a couple of good stays. My previous stay the same attendent photocopied my card info to the file but never gave me the reciept. Be careful of this. The rooms are comfortable but they are not superb when it comes to cleanliness there's has always been a lingering weird smell and each room I was given has weird white stains on the chairs/sofa

I cannot believe I once stayed at this hotel. My hotel experience here was HORRIBLE! Upon arriving at the hotel without checking in, I saw some person complaining to the person working at the front desk for having used towels instead of clean ones. I didn't even check in yet and this is what I experienced. After checking in to my hotel room I smelled something odd and immediately noticed a stain on the wall. I then went to investigate the room further. When I opened the Minifridge there was some strange orange liquid in there. I almost threw up at that site. When I went into the bathroom almost everything was rusted and there were stains on the white walls. When I checked the closet I saw the steam board had a big brown stain on it which I hoped was not feces. Overall I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE.

The room we rented room 111, has black mold in the windows. Also has cockroaches. Otherwise clean rooms.
