Really nice and clean rooms, and Linda, the check-in manager, was fantastic. She took our reservation 2 hours prior to our arrival and checked us in, thanked me for being a platinum member, and enrolled us in the BW Autumn program for double points. Can't wait for breakfast.

Was coming to Van Buren from out of town. Called, a lady picks up the phone never says hello but I can hear her talking to someone. "Hello, Please Hold" would have been nice. I called from my other phone while still on the line hearing everything she is saying. She picks up my other call to say sorry I'm turning boilers off, no rooms available. The call was very unprofessional. I've worked in cousterm service for over 10 years. This is not how you run a business. Do not recommend staying here dues to staff.

We stayed here for a night and when we checked out, I was charged an extra $25 three times. When I called I spoke to a Linda and she stated she is not sure why i was charged three times but notes say we stole 1 pillow. I asked to speak with a manger. She stated one is not available until later in the evening and will have him call me. She called me back stating I spoke to my manager and he says he did inspection the previous night and there was four pillows now there are three. I asked for him to call me. I am an Army retired disabled veteran and I have no reason to steal a pillow, especially because I always bring my own lol. Manager Simon Gopal finally called back and was beyond rude to us about this pillow. We asked for him to look at cameras to see that we enter and left with our own pillows in hand! He said no and will still charge an additional $25. No apologies for this $25 charged three times. Stated we will get refund for the two extra charges tomorrow. Truly sad sad service!!! Mr.Disrespectful Simon the Manager, you really need some further training on how to be a hotel and hospitality Manager. You don't get to treat customers like this and charge bogus charges. Unacceptable. If you are thinking of staying at this hotel, you better do a pillow count, towels, etc lol so this does not happen to you.

Susan and I loved this hotel, it was clean, the staff here was very nice and the breakfast was excellent! We would stay here again. It was very quite, no noise what so ever. Oh, and the shower was great! We enjoyed the town and history of Van Buren, Arkansas.

Very clean and friendly "off I-40" hotel to get a good night's sleep. Staff friendly, room was clean and working properly (TV, hot shower), and it was quiet.

Room floor sticky and filthy; hair dryer did not work even when tripped button. Refrigerator broken did not cool. Remote control to tv did not work. Shower curtain half in rod and half off. I do not recommend this hotel. Go somewhere else.

I believe the room had been shut up for a while. It took couple of hours to get it cool. The bathroom needed updated, the tub was discolored and there was an unpleasant odor. The carpet was sticky, we chose to keep our shoes on. Finally, we killed several flies in the room.

Our room had brown spots on the towels and trash behind the room tables. Accidentally left our gun in the room and the hotel didn't even attempt to call us and say anything. Used the business room and the light pops off every 2 minutes. Irritated!!
