Stopped here for a night traveling through and it was was a great experience! That staff were SO kind and accommodating! Room was clean, had everything we needed and was incredibly warm despite the cold. There was a great area right out the door for dogs to potty. Would definitely stay here again!

Best Staff experience with a Best Western. Emma at front desk was very attentive, friendly, efficient and kind. Airport is about 10 minutes away, and the hotel offers free shuttle. Coffee and lemon water pitcher available all day, as well as filtered water fountain next to elevator. The room was spacious smelled clean and fresh. Only issue was the toilet handle was broken. Would definitely return.

Stayed here attending an event with family nearby. Pool was nice. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable bed and linens. Bathroom was so small that you had to go in and step in nook to close door. Shower was hot. Didn’t get up in time for breakfast so not sure how that was. Thing to know is bring your earplugs. The adjacent property is rented out to semi truckers for overnight parking for $10/night. So we had truck engines idling off and on all night right under our windows only separated by a wooden fence. Didn’t notice any highway sounds other than the pair of idling truckers. Elevators fit a cart and almost two people. Late checkout was available. Hotel looked clean and felt safe. Not any special value. Friendly staff though and that is always appreciated.

Pros:
- The room was clean. It smelled like someone had gone over the floor with bleach, which I do appreciate.
- The breakfast buffet had eggs, bacon, potatoes, cereal, instant oatmeal, coffee, juice, a waffle iron, and a pancake maker. There is a lot of choice! Also, it was all available slightly past the official end time; I've seen other hotels stop replenishing stations an hour before.

Cons:
- The shuttle took 35 minutes to pick us up from the airport. The hotel does not operate the shuttle; it's a third-party cab company. The hotel covers the fare and tip. However, you are at the whim of whoever is in the taxi before you; if they're on the other side of town, you have to wait.
- In our room, every lamp outside of the bathroom was cool white. This made it feel like a dentist's office. Soft white or warm white lights would have made the place feel much more cozy.

Pleasantly surprised by this 3 day visit to Springfield.. It’s been a very long time since we’ve stayed in a best western as we felt they were not as nice as some of the other chains. Boy were we wrong!! Reasonable prices,Very pleasant staff, clean room, good internet, nice clean indoor pool and the best hot breakfast I’ve had in a very long time. We’ll be back.

Whole property is clean and pleasant. Staff very friendly and helpful. Perfect for a stop on our long drive to Arizona. Breakfast buffet has a good selection and fresh made omelette sausage and hash browns. Unfortunately not much choice in the area for food.
