Loved the pool and gym. The hotel is located near many amenities. My two issues were that (1) I’m pretty sure the water dispenser in the gym was unfiltered, despite being a filtration device and (2) they do not provide kettles on request. We had to go downstairs for hot water anytime we wanted tea or coffee. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The omelette station was a huge hit with the family — both for quality and service.

This was a very nice boutique hotel to stay in. The rooms were super clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff attentive and nice. The mall across the street was great for food. The hotel bartender was a hoot. I really enjoyed my stay here. Would stay here again. Thanks for a nice stay.

This is my second time in this hotel with my wife, very nice to be back there. The receptionists are very attentive. I thank everyone there for their attention. Great location. Easy check-in effort with friendly staff. Room was clean and well-maintained.The experience at this establishment surpassed all our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with an amazing atmosphere and warm hospitality. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that our every need was met. The service was top-notch, with every detail carefully attended to. The food was simply outstanding, with each dish bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. Every bite was a delight to the senses! The professionalism displayed by the entire team was commendable, making our visit truly enjoyable. My recent stay at the Ayres Hotel in Chula Vista was a delightful surprise. The hotel's Halloween decorations were a charming touch, and the friendly staff dressed in costumes added to the festive atmosphere.

The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day.

The hotel room itself was beautifully appointed, with a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep.

The fitness center was well-equipped, and the pool and spa were immaculate. The abundance of clean towels was a nice touch.

The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The walkability of the area was a major plus.

Overall, my stay at the Ayres Hotel was a positive experience. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Everything about our stay was great! Warm welcome upon walking in. Staff was very helpful with directions since we were not from California. Rooms were clean. Everywhere you went to in the hotel, it smelled clean. Beautiful was small but buffet style it was great! Highly recommend!

Hands down one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff is unmatched with others. I absolutely LOVE the dog suite option they have here. It makes it so much easier to take your pet outside.

I knew from the time I made my reservation with Alexa that it would be another amazing stay. This was our third visit and it was wonderful. Alexa was there when we checked in and she is the perfect one to greet the guests upon arrival. She has such a sunny disposition and is definitely a people person. She immediately made us feel like friends instead of just another guest checking in. She has excellent people skills. We loved her friendly smile and joyful disposition.|We requested a room on the top floor and it was perfect. The room was clean and roomy enough for three people. There were plenty of towels and washcloths so that was a plus. Beds were extremely comfortable.|The cook to order breakfast is always delicious and their coffee is superb. I did not know that they don’t make omelettes on the weekend. When I asked about them Mariella was very apologetic and explained why. Too many people on the weekend. Mariella is such a hard worker and continually walked around the dining room making sure everyone had what they needed. She is extremely efficient. As she was getting off her shift she came and apologized again about not having omelettes which we thought was so very kind. All of the employees we encountered were excellent, but these two ladies stood out. We love staying here and look forward to our next visit. Thanks so much for making it an awesome Thanksgiving weekend.
