Absolutely garbage customer service. I ordered a new microphone over a month ago, which was listed as in stock, and nothing. Still just confirmed. I have called, left messages and emailed with no response for days now. Stay away from them. I now have to dispute the charge with the CC company to get money back.

Absolute scam. Item was listed as two instead but only sent one. Did nothing to make amends. Just told me flat out no. Now I have to go back to the post office and return the product at my own cost.

In reply to your response: even with a 10% discount this is still a scam. I can find the exact same item for $100 cheaper anywhere else online. And why I am only being offered this discount after leaving a review? Where was your customer service when I called and emailed your team? I'm not the first one to complain about this and I doubt I'll be the last. From the reviews you've had multiple chances to edit the listing.

The only store in the USA to have the Yamaha Montage 8 in white, and did not have to wait until August or September. Shipped within 5 days!! As some of you may know, the Montage brand new is hard to find and stores like Sam Ash, Sweetwater and Guitar Center did not have them in stock and told me I had to wait until they restocked.
AVL Gear had it brand new ready to ship. Also bought the MODX 7+ as well.
Customer service? Excellent!

I am amending my review from 5 days ago because the refund manager reached out and made this right. Exchanged for a different unit and am now hoping I will have a better result. Waved my restocking fee, which I appreciate.

Update, The refund manager contacted me and made this right and I am glad they did. It's not their fault they had a defective unit but the way it was handled made me want to right this review but so glad they exchanged for a different unit and I am back in the wireless business.

I had to order some headset parts, which turned out to be on back order. They called to ask if I was willing to wait. I said yes and they went ahead with the order. I then ordered some more parts a couple weeks later and they also contacted me about that order with a question.
