Sent here by American Airlines after missing a connecting flight. Did not expect much but was pleasantly surprised. Arrived after a tough day of travel to find a full bar in the lobby. A drink after all that? Yes, please! Bar also serves food. Pet friendly. Very nice lobby. Simple but nice rooms. Friendly staff. Good coffee. Available breakfast. Shuttle to airport.

The customer service was great! My room was small and quite cute. It appeared to be clean. My son was bitten by bed bugs. American Airlines had given us the complimentary room to stay in over night. I did inform the staff the next morning that he woke up with multiple bites on his back and arms. The staff apologized.

Got stranded overnight due to thunderstorms Reserved at Aloft because of its consistent track record You always know what to expect Modern, simple, no frills nice staff but the BEST part was Walter, their shuttle driver. He drove us to the mall and also airport. Super friendly and offers terrific area tips. Walter actually made our experience. Not a high-end hotel so didn’t give it 4 stars. The drain for the shower is quite loud as you’re showering because it’s a solid piece of metal Am extra towel or two would be nice but easy enough to ask for Upon arrival, they told us NO ROOM cleaning but amenities can be requested. We didn’t care but if you want your room cleaned everyday, they don’t offer that here

My flight was delayed so AA got me a room here for the night. It’s just a few minutes from the airport so it’s super convenient. There’s a small bar in the lobby. I loved my room, especially the shower! The shower was huge & they had Drybar shampoo & conditioner. The wallpaper was different but I liked it. The beds were comfortable & I loved the table. I had a huge window.

Celeste truly made our experience, after American rebooking us on a flight the next day and not giving us our luggage, we had nothing. She provided us with deodorant and tooth brush kits. She made an annoying situation much less annoying. The rooms were clean and spacious as well. Would stay long term here !

I had an amazing experience at this property! The service was just fantastic. They even offer a convenient airport shuttle from DFW, which makes getting there a breeze. Plus, the aloft has a lovely, larger outdoor pool to enjoy. Highly recommend!

There is nothing more annoying than having your flight get delayed and knowing you won’t be making your connection.
As a frequent flyer (up to 2-3 times a month and no less than once a month) I have become accustomed to the trials and tribulations of jet setting. This wasn’t my first rodeo and I fully expected to be placed in a run down and outdated business suite based hotel with poor service and reviews. However, I was more than pleasantly surprised by my stay at ALOFT. While I arrive at 10:30 pm and had to immediately turn around at 3:30 am to catch my flight, I slept like a baby. The room was gorgeous, clean and functional. There was complimentary water and toiletries including toothpaste and a brush, which is exactly what I needed after arriving so late. The staff was more than accommodating, and made me feel much less peeved about my circumstances. I am grateful for the pleasant stay and it allowed me to reset for the early flight and annoying travel day ahead.
