Was referred to Dr. Colton for a large mucocele on my lower lip that resulted from a lip bite during a skiing accident. The initial consult was quick, however he thoroughly explained everything (even drew it out on a paper for me so I could visualize what it was and how he planned to remove it). He is quick and to the point, but very thorough in what he does say. Exactly what I look for in any medical professional. The procedure was painless, stitches were done beautifully, and I was fully healed within a week. Can barely even see a scar 10 days later. Received a quick follow up call from him to confirm the biopsy was negative, and everything was normal. Great surgeon!

Went to Dr. Colton yesterday to have 4 impacted wisdom teeth and an extra molar removed with one of the teeth requiring a coronectomy. I’m one day post opp with slim to no pain or swelling. Dr. Colton and his team are the best!

Dr. Colton has completed oral surgery on two of my children. One for dental extractions prior to braces and the other for wisdom teeth. Both of their procedures and recoveries went very smoothly. Dr Colton provided wonderful care. We highly recommend him.

I had my wisdom teeth removed 3 weeks ago by Dr Colton .I was nervous but he is an Amazing surgeon , Great bedside manner . He explained the procedure clearly . Everything went smoothly, Swelling was very minimal . I followed their aftercare instructions and I didn’t have any pain or complications . The staff is wonderful as well . I would recommend Dr. Colton to anyone.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. From the consultation to the wisdom teeth surgery, I felt in the dark about the process and what to expect.

Seems all the good reviews are for Dr.Colton who I wish I had seen. I got my wisdom teeth done by Dr. Helal. He was very rude and dismissive throughout the whole process. That’s not even the worst part unfortunately, I woke up in the middle of my surgery while he was extracting my teeth. There was no anesthesiologist present, which would have prevented this occurrence.

Lastly, after the surgery I was incredibly rushed out of the office, and the recovery plan and prescriptions were hardly explained and expected to be filled after surgery.

I agree with previous review - if I could give a 0 stars I would. My daughter had her wisdom teeth out a month ago and still has numbness on her chin and gum. When we went in to see Dr. Colton - he couldn't have been more UNSYMPATHETIC if he tried. Telling my daughter she'd forget about it - made us a feel like we shouldn't be there and that we should be happy she can talk and eat without pain. He told my daughter she should have had them out earlier - and when I said she couldn't because she had serious health issues - leukemia - he said you're lucky she's here. For anyone who's considering going to this practice his supposed .001% rate of permanent numbness is completely inaccurate because there is no way people call back to report this after being treated like this. Also no one from the office calls to check on you after the surgery even after I called to discuss the numbness - ridiculous I don't know how anyone can work there and sleep at night.
