Doctor Kopacz is awesome and so are the nurses but what I don't like is that the front desk (not the lady with short hair. She's always nice and speaks in a lower tone for privacy) girl with black hair airs out your balance in front of everyone to hear . It's embarrassing because they make it seem like you owe them and you haven't paid when in reality you're just hearing about your balance right there and then. Ive paid evey visit so i was confused and flustered but turns out it was for a phone call and urine test from 2 months ago and I had no idea. Everyone stares at you and it's very uncomfortable. Not sure if on purpose....other than that I like this office.

Called the office to ask if they are seeing new patients. I’ve been on hold for about 15 minutes waiting for an answer and when I asked the question whoever picked up the phone said the office was closed to call back tomorrow morning at 8 o’clock and just hung up, absolutely rude. Mind you I begin my phone call at 4:30 and no one answered until 445 and the office close at 5.

I love this office! I went here for my first 6 years ago and am currently going for my second baby due in January 2023. The nurses and nurse practitioners are always very kind and patient with me. And, Dr. Kopacz has always been friendly and patient as well. The wait time can take a while but it’s worth it for me. I feel like they have mine and baby’s best interests at heart. 🙂

Met with midwife Beth. Still getting to know her as she is new to this office. She answered my questions. But her demeanor and character is not as inviting as my experience with Dr. Kopacz. Beth appeared rushed in our appointment.

I’ve met this wonderful woman 1x so far. Immediately felt comfortable and that she knows her job. Not pushy in recommendations. Dr. Kopacz is another reason why I don’t recommend anyone else outside of FWMG. I can be safely assured that the care I receive is in high standards barring bias and negative pressure as I continue my care with her.

I waited an hour to be seen. Once seen, for a total of ten minutes, the doctor or her scribe/MA did not have good bedside manner. It also felt like she did not at least look over my chart because she stated to my husband and I, “ I don’t know you guys that well.” The mid level we saw previously was wonderful, but we were not at all happy with the doctor.
