I have been well taken care at Dr Kastin's Office. She has excellent, caring NPs that are highly knowledgeable as well. In this day and age, it appears our health is not a priority anymore, but maybe that's just me. I am very appreciative to be a patient at this office and highly recommend!

Great doctor! Dr. Kasten has been my doctor for almost 10 years and her staff has been professional and friendly. The office is very clean and well maintained. Additionally, they treat you like family instead of as a visitor.

Dr. Kasten is a great doctor. I have been treating with her for years & she has recently started her solo practice Dr. Kasten takes the time to find out about you & really listens.
The office is warm & inviting and her staff is awesome, which is an added bonus. I can't recommend her enough. I almost hate to put this review out there because I want to keep her to myself.

This is my partners doctor and she’s been an okay doctor. However, my partner is dependent on his medication and was trying to ask why his refills were stopped and her assistant Anne was immensely rude, I could hear her through the phone. Dr. Kettles may be a good doctor but the way that her assistant verbally attacked my partner because he needed his medication was absolutely uncalled for. I think if that’s the way her office staff treats her clients they need to definitely work on their professionalism.
EDIT: Also, when he tried to send them a refill forum from Walgreens their first reaction was to shred it instead of respond to it

They are very knowledgeable in many issues. Everyone is very helpful ?. Yes at times there is a longer wait time than most are used to. This is a plus for me. It means they take time to listen to you. They aren't about herding people in and out in 15 minutes. I find it refreshing that a doctor or even the highly qualified nurse practitioners take time for the individual.

Dr. Kasten is one of the most amazing people I have ever met. She has a knack for making you feel comfortable. In a medical setting that cannot be easy to master. This was a recommended office from a family friend however this office has no concern over the patient. I had to call 5 times just to get the prescription sent to the pharmacy for my mom. The hardly answer the phones I have to call back 3-6 times for an answer. Completely dissatisfied and disappointed. Need better staff at that place. My mother will not be returning to that office!
