I was invited by HR for an in person interview. After my interview with the CEO, I was asked by Judy to send my DL for a background check. I asked if a contingent offer was being made because, legally, in CA, employers are not allowed to conduct a background check before extending an offer. If one is being done, we are supposed to sign a document giving our consent and the company is supposed to provide a copy of what is being completed. I never heard back from them or received a copy of my background check.

Very unprofessional and non compliant with CA laws.

Very shady! Mario from billing was very unhelpful. I already paid a bill a month prior but received a past due statement, so I called and they said they couldn’t look it up whatsoever even though I have proof of it through paypal. Why gives the patients an option to pay online when you don’t have a system to verify and apply payment to the correct bills? At the end, I have wasted a morning trying to get to the bottom of this, and Mario still said he needs to “get with the accounting department” on it for 2 days.

I'll be honest, they have been so backed up with all the testing that I've had to call to get my results a couple of times because they never emailed them to me. But the staff here is excellent. I arrived 30 minutes after they were finished testing but one of the nurses was kind enough to squeeze me in even though she didn't have to. While I was waiting, my car overheated and I had to wait for it to cool down. One of the cleaning ladies was kind enough to provide me with some water for my car and helped me to repair the hose that busted. I know this is unrelated to the clinic itself but it was a testament to how hospitable the staff here is. 11

They just sent me 4 Covid test which are two in a box which I did not order I tried calling them. Of course it says their mailbox is full. I would love to know how they got my number and who’s paying for these Covid test?

Sent unsolicited COVID tests don't remember receiving but billed Medicare over $94.00. This company must be bilking government out of quite a bit of money. Reported this as fraud to Medicare.
