Easy to find since it's right on the south entrance to town.
The bed is comfortable and the area is quiet.
A continental breakfast is provided. Stick with the waffles, sausage and biscuits. Like most hotels, the eggs are often overcooked.

Two issues of note:
1- It took me 15 minutes to figure out how to divert the water from the tub to the shower. I later found out that there is a worn out illustration taped to the front desk in the lobby. The person who checked me in didn't point it out to me.
Hey Best Western! How about posting a sticker in the bathroom where folks will see it!
2- While eating breakfast, I noticed a housekeeper mopping the lobby floor. When I boarded the elevator to go back to my room, I smelled something horrible.
I smelled it again when I took the elevator back downstairs. It turned out that the elevator and lobby floors were mopped with a dingy, dirty mop head. There was obviously no more cleanser or disinfectant (obviously) in that water.
I mentioned it to the desk clerk and urged her to smell the elevator. She stepped in (but didn't let the door close) and insisted that everything was fine. I assured her it wasn't and left for the day.
Thankfully, everything smelled fine that night as well as the following morning.

Sharri was fabulous she went above and beyond to get me a great room that was private and quiet. I was able to get rest and she was very personable and just sweet. The rooms was clean and their was a scripture left on my bed and I loved that very very much. It was just an amazing stay and I will definitely book a room there again.

Positive: The staff were great. Particularly the desk/breakfast/everything person was terrific! Negative: The hallway seemed a bit dark and the carpet might need cleaning. But the room looked freshly redecorated and was great!

Good place to stay. We did 2 nights. The breakfast is not good. All the staff are super nice and caring. Well spent money. Clean rooms easy location , everything is 3 to 6 min. away. Recommended a smoking section outside with a chair.

Rarely, especially in today's times, do you get exceptional customer service.
But with that being said let me just say that when we booked our room the first time and my MRI was suddenly canceled last minute, Sarri was great, we were able to rebook our room a couple of days later after being rescheduled by simply pulling into the hotel and asking for a room!! Mind you, we were traveling from Caney Kansas, not a quick drive! Fortunate for sure! My husband had mentioned I was having an MRI done on my knee I had injured. Not only was she able to get us in our room a little early but she made sure we were on the ground floor so I didn't have to walk far!! We didn't request any special accommodations. How incredibly considerate!!
Sarri, Thank you so much!! You are very kind and considerate and you made my heart smile and eyes leak a little with your thoughtfulness. Our room was very clean, smelled wonderful and the bathroom was spotless. Our house keeper left the cutest flower made from one of our towels on our bed!! We had coffee and juice before we left but the breakfast selections looked very nice. Thank you again! We'll definitely be staying again pre- op!!

Below average hotel and close to the worst hotel. Hidden fees they don't tell you upon booking when regarding pets. The place smelt and the breakfast was not edible. They also don't give you real pillows or a comforter. The back door to enter also didn't lock so anyone could come in. The housekeeping was also loud in the mornings and yelled at each other from down the hall. Got the job done but would rather pick somewhere else.

We rented 3 rooms. The staff is great but the rooms themselves are not. The towel wracks & shower rod were falling apart, there was mold in the bathroom & the rooms smelled moldy & musty. The rooms weren’t very clean & in the middle of our stay the TV stopped working.

We always enjoy staying in this hotel when we are in the area. The hotel is clean and quiet, and the staff is friendly. The breakfast buffet has a nice variety of hot and cold options. The hotel is located near many restaurants & shopping areas.
