It's the best hotel in town. Clean rooms and breakfast. i love that. They are very accommodating because I work nights so sleep during the day, and they don't knock on the door to clean the room and put me on the third floor. Very peaceful and quiet.

We stayed here in Sept 2024 to visit family and friends. We were warmly greeted by the front desk staff on every entry to the building. Room was super clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great.

The rooms hotel and staff is wonderful. What a nice place to stay.
I haven't been to a hotel in a long time . So I don't know how things go, but this place charged my card 2 times $161.09 when I stayed here I only stayed about 4or5 hrs then I woke up and checked out.
By the time I made it to Oakley Kansas, they had taken $322.18 from my credit card, and it depleted my credit card and it almost left me stranded in Oakley Kansas with no way home.
I sent them a screen shot of the transaction but there was nothing they can do about it for 3-5 business days.
They did however give me a 69.92 back on my card, but there's still 161.09 still pending on my card.
I've never had this happen before. So I'm not happy with them taking out Soo much money off of my card. I'll check with my credit card company and see about disputing the other 161.09. bc it's still on there. Just sad I don't know why they did this?

Enjoyed our stay at this clean, nicely decorated motel. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend!

The convenience of the location to all the small bedroom communities I needed to visit was great. Fort Scott itself seemed overwhelmingly locked in a weird vortex of drugs and decay. I'm glad we didn't have business to do there.

The room was clean and comfortable. Also, the staff was exceptional, especially Nicole working in the kitchen. She kept the breakfast bar stocked with delicious food, greeted every guest. Even when I had a mishap resulting in a dome lid flying across the floor, she was still so sweet and kind toward me. Elizabeth was also friendly and welcoming at check in. Top-notch service!

Every time we stay at this hotel, we have excellent service and this time was just as exceptional as every other time. The sweet lady with braids who helped us with our breakfast was the best. She was so friendly, helped prepare our food, was so kind to our 4 year old, and kept checking to see if we needed anything. It was the best customer service I’ve had in years and she deserves a raise!
