I was referred to Dr. Dickerson by my pcp (via his name being the first to pop up on an internet search) a little over a year ago for dizziness, headaches, fatigue, and numbness and tingling in the face and extremities. He did an emg, which came back normal. I’d also had a brain mri ordered by my pcp, however Dr. Dickerson clearly never looked at the images and went by the radiology report only. I was concerned about a particular brain condition, but when I brought it up, he repeatedly and very emphatically stated that that was not the problem, yet he couldn’t tell me what he thought the problem could actually be. All he said was that he couldn’t find anything and that maybe I should look at the medications I was currently on. I got the very clear feeling he thought nothing was wrong but couldn’t explicitly state it because both my parents were there with me at the time. Very long story short, the problem actually did end up being what I suspected it could be, and I’m scheduled to have brain surgery within the next 2 weeks. I’ve spent over a year feeling crazy for even thinking something was wrong with me despite having clear physical symptoms, and if I hadn’t continued to advocate for myself (along with the support of friends and family), I would still be at a loss today. Dr. Dickerson may be a sufficient doctor when it comes to certain common conditions, but he is certainly not the doctor I would recommend for anything else, unfortunately.

Dr Dickerson and his staff have awesome customer service. He listened to my problems, asked questions, and discussed everything clearly. His nurses are amazing and made me feel like a friend and not just a patient (as does the rest of the staff). I am a vet with debilitating migraines for years, he helped me find a solution after over a decade of suffering. I would recommend him and his staff to everyone!

I made a phone call and asked whomever answered the phone, "how much for first appointment?" Her response, was "four hundred dollars." I told myself okay and asked her for the fax number so I can call my doctor for a referral. Her response was she can't give me the fax number. I asked her why and her unprofessional answer was because she doesn't know me. Very unpleasant and rude secretary getting paid, how much!
Doesn't even own the business and yet behavior is
Childish. Thanks to your obnoxious behavior I will rather go somewhere else!

After seeing Dr. Dickerson and his staff for a total of four visits, I want to say that I left each appointment satisfied, and all my questions, and concerns were all answered in a very professional manner. I was also very informed about treatment options. A big thank you to Dr. Dickerson, and all associated staff!

It is not a doctors right to deny a new pactiant due to seeing another doctor. It's the pactiants right to choose another doctor any time. Doctors can not refuse any person according to their owoth.
Stop trying to discriminatate agents your owth to help people only to protect your fellow docs.
