Doctor Hagin is a very thorough physician. He has uncovered some serious issues with his thorough blood testing that he did for me with regular checkups. I would trust him with my life. I do not understand why he's getting all these bad reviews.

Absolutely the WORSE place EVER. The front desk lady that works there and is in charge of making all the immigration appointments is extremely unprofessional and rude. I hope she reads this and knows that this job is not for her if she does not know how to talk to patients!!! If the doctor of this place reads these reviews please consider looking for a replacement because she is truly going to kill your reputation and clinic if she continues acting like this for people who are spending HUNDREDS of dollars. I don’t even leave reviews but this has truly been the worse experience me and my father have had in our whole lives, but people need to be warned to stay away from this disgusting human being. Look into a different clinic if you are going for your immigration medical exam even if the wait is longer it will save you from a huge headache with if clinic and especially Cynthia.

I never wrote a review but I had to write this one to warn other patients to stay away from this doctor’s office. First of all, the front staff workers are so rude. I took my dad to see Dr. Hangman due to severe headache and nausea. While he was in the office my dad felt nausea and rushed to the bathroom to vomit. The doctor had no sympathy to ask “if he was ok.” He prescribed him medication for his issues. However, when I went to the pharmacy, I was told that no prescriptions has been sent to the pharmacy. So, I called the office and was told the doctor was with a patient and would be left a massage. I called back again after 15 minutes to be told the same thing. I was at the pharmacy waiting for the doctor to send in prescriptions. My third call With them a staff picked the phone up and was so rude. I told her about their bad communication service and told her that they saw my dad’s condition and he really needed the medicine. I informed her that I would be writing a bad review on google and she told me “you can do what we you want.” Click and hanged up the phone from me. I just left the pharmacy on my way home with no medication for my sick dad. Please do not go to this doctor. Listen to all other reviews from people who are warning you guys. They are all true. The front desk staff are the mirrors and reflection of the doctor. A good doctor office starts from the front office. Then, a sympathy doctor. But this office lacks both. The staffs need to check their attitude and the doctor needs to understand and care for his patients.

This office is hilariously bad. Benjamin Hagan, MD. Great credentials and no social skills. He is incredibly arrogant and did not listen to a single word that I said. He rarely addressed questions that I asked. He certainly didn't review the chart from my previous visit and contradicted himself multiple times. He seems offended by patients who have medical knowledge and ask legit questions that he can't answer. He is requiring excessive blood work and visits (aka $$$) for very safe and even over the counter medications. He is impersonal and borderline rude. The two lab technicians I've met were wonderful and a few of the receptionists were okay. But why is a receptionist calling me with blood work results? They can't answer my questions and didn't give ANY numbers or specifics. It is unfortunate that those of us with crappy insurance are subject to bad medicine and disrespect. Save yourself the irritation and probably your health.

I wish I could give a lower star. Dr. Hagan is the most arrogant doctor that I have ever encountered. He is more of a business-oriented physician than a patient-care one. Just let that sink in. Would you really go to a doctor that prioritizes monetary profits over the oath he took to provide patient oriented care. He will not listen to patients whatsoever. If you have some background in medicine and ask him questions regrading further diagnosis and express your needs, he will be annoyed. Today during my mom's visit, he just stood up and left the room after I told him that he is not listening to patient's needs, let alone providing an adequate patient care. He is VERY unprofessional.

I like this doctor's office, accommodating hours, and locations. I have a lot of respect for Dr. Hagan's advice and thoroughness. My most recent appointment was made a day before and I got in and out with the remainder of my day to do what I needed. My family also comes here for travel vaccinations when traveling abroad, and although my children hate shots, we like the fact that this is a service he offers, because other travel clinics are like finding bigfoot. I am reading some of these other unfortunate reviews and wondering if we've even gone to the same place. I like straightforward and concise care, and those preferences align with this office.

The doctor himself is ok, but what is bad is the woman who is at the front desk. She seems to be rude and unprofessional. She is the same woman who answers phone calls. And every time she speaks over the phone her voice seems to be sleepy. She is rude. I stopped going there just to avoid having to deal with or get in contact with such a rude woman who seems to be not holding herself together doing her job at the front desk.
This is a good heads up for the doctor to make necessary staff changes to keep seeing his patients.
On top of this, I am reading that most patients complain about the doctor getting upset when asked questions which is a typical thing (in my opinion) from doctors from Africa. I have experienced this with another doctor who also have studied medicine in an African country and got board certified in the US,. but most of these doctors have personality issue when a patient who seems to have some medical knowledge starts asking the doctor.
The doctor feels that his medical knowledge is being ridiculed when someone who is NOT a doctor asks.

Dr. Hagan is rude and arrogant. He doesn't listen when you explain your condition. Very low social skills. The credentials look good but he is a fraud who has probably contributed to many deaths in Columbus through his own arrogance. Please, I beg you, if you love yourself or a loved one go some place else. This man has to be stopped or many more will DIE!!!
