My wife and I see Rakay, she’s absolutely amazing. Hands down best Dr we’ve ever had. Couldn’t ask for a better healthcare provider. She genuinely cares about you and your well being. Really makes you feel heard and cared for. Will literally run hundreds of tests if necessary to figure anything out. 10/10 recommend!!

First visit to this office in probably 5 years and now there is a new doctor and I think a few new staff members. Amy took me back and got my vitals, she was so welcoming and nice. Dr. Oza was very kind and helped ease some of my concerns. Definitely a great first impression!

I see PA, ray , she is hands down the best provider I've ever had. I send all 3 of my kids her way and myself. She's caring, compassionate, intelligent, and listens to your concerns. That's a rare quality anymore. I trust her opinion and knowledge more than anyone I've ever met. ?

Went in for an appointment and because my last appointment I missed due to severe depression, they wanted me to pay $20 before being seen. I didn't have any money at the time so they turned me away even with being suicidal. Do not recommend them at all. Ladies at desk are always rude.

I see Kyle Moore PA he talked with me to find out all the information he needed to know and wasn't rushing along like most other Dr. do. He understood what I was telling him and got me to the right type Dr. I needed which no other DR. took the time to understand. 100./. recommend

Went to be seen for chest pains and pain around my heart I scheduled the appointment and missed work to attend (half day). When I arrived they first say they won’t see me unless I have a new insurance card. I explained I lost my wallet and do not have any cards. They agreed to see me and told me I could tell my wife she could leave. (She needed the vehicle to go pick my son up and the other vehicle is in the shop) I walk back inside and sit down for them to call me back and tell me they won’t be able to see me today without my insurance Card and paying my balance in full. I owed 150 dollars, because I owed not even a couple hundred dollars they would not see me unless I could pay the bill in full. As a health care provider if a patient who has been with you for over ten years is having chest pains and 120 BPM you should probably put the greed aside. This is also the same place who billed me for being seen when I was 16-17 and got paid even though as a minor that would not be my responsibility.

I went to urgent care and right away they wanted me to go to the E.R. For a full work up.!

Dr. Arora has been our family doctor for many years. From the first time I met him I trusted him. He does not RUSH through your visit and takes the time needed to answer all your questions and make your visit worth your time.

I would recommend Dr. Arora to anyone wanting a good doctor.
