Das 11 Hotel auf unserer Rundreise.
Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer sehr sauber, und endlich mal ein weiches Bett. Sehr angenehm.
Parkplätze sind kostenfrei, Restaurants zum Frühstück oder Abendessen in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden.
Das Frühstück im Hotel haben wir verschlafen.

Absolut zu empfehlen! Das Hotel liegt direkt am Highway und ist daher verkehrstechnisch optimal angebunden. Eine Lärmbelästigung ist nicht gegeben. Auch wenn es etwas abgelegen von Downtown Los Gatos liegt, so ist der Ort doch noch fußläufig in ca. 10-15 min erreichbar. Alternativ in max. 5 min. mit dem Auto. Für Läufer gibt es die Möglichkeit nach ca. 500m in den Los Gatos Creek Trail einzusteigen.
Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sauber. Dies gilt für das gesamte Hotel. Mit dem Grill 57 besteht nun auch die Möglichkeit direkt im Hotel zu speisen oder auch nur ein Bier o. ä. zu trinken. Auch das Frühstück wird dort in Buffetform angeboten. Erfreulicherweise wird dort jetzt auch Plastikteller und -besteck verzichtet.
Der Sportbereich ist recht überschaubar, aber immerhin vorhanden.

Go to Los Gatos Lodge instead, which is right across the street, It will be worth paying extra 40 - 50 $ and you will have a peace of mind!

Worst place to be treated with respect & compassion when you are with disabilities and/or injuries!!
Their bathrooms are blocked with the heating/cooling wall units that prevent even a walker to go through! Their TV’s don’t work. And they have a woman manager that is NOT COMMUNICATING CLEARLY and therefore blaming you for acting all confused! On top she even will insult you in front of other guests and employees, blaming you to be a person that thinks the whole world revolves around you!

Unacceptable customer service. I called to the manager after my reservation was canceled by best western without any notification on a wedding stay weekend. I show up to my stay and the reservation was in the system but canceled. This Phone call was simply to retrace my steps and an find an explanation as to why my hotel booking for two nights was suddenly canceled.

The General Manager "Summer Katona" was very rude, abrasive and reacted in an immature demeanor throughout the phone call. She said "it's not my fault", "it's not my responsibility you can't figure that out, YOU'RE AN ADULT."

As I tried to dig further the manager hung up the phone call out of frustration. I was shocked that I was speaking with the actual General Manager of The Best Western Los Gatos. I will reconsider my stay with them in the future.

Booked my hotel stay in early August and my stay was canceled when I showed up to front desk to check in this past Friday night. Was in town for a wedding. Hotel was fully booked and I wasn’t helped or given explanation by front desk as to why my booking was canceled. This inconvenience complicated my situation for a wedding I took part in leaving me with no where to stay. Front desk offered me a room the next day at full charge and price. I am very dissatisfied with BW and how the situation was handled.

9:30 am shower kept shutting completely off. 1/2 of a cold shower doesn't cut it. Said they were working on pressure issues. Not at 9:30 in the morning. Said someone would call me. Nothing

I really enjoyed the architecture and design of this hotel. I stayed on the 2nd floor and the room was very clean and relatively quiet. I had a good night rest there. The breakfast overall is quite good. The strawberries were very sweet and good quality. I wished that the hotel had cranberry juice. I also did not notice there was water for breakfast (it likely was there and I did not notice). The quality of the blueberries could have been better. I was satisfied with the overall stay.

The breakfast area is the lobby. There are very few places to sit and it is very crowded with breakfast and check-out. Hotel either needs to give up on breakfast or modify a couple rooms to make a decent breakfast area.|Rooms are OK, bathroom is tiny.
