Worst place to stay ever. Staff very unfriendly and rude and disrespectful. Will never stay here again. Got random people walking up asking for drugs every night when walking to car. Staff doesn't do nothing about it. Ice machine broke. The only good part of the stay was the cleaners and maintenance. They were such a delight respectful and very accommodating.

We came to check in at 5:10pm, the lobby reception was closed and let all customers wait until 5:40pm. The door was closed and there’s a sign saying come back at 5:40pm. Few people are also waiting outside the lobby. We are very tired in weekend activities around San Diego and we want to check in but instead we are waiting for like 40 minutes for receptionist to come. This is a very horrible experience. I hope management will look into these for good customer service.

Rooms are a bit small, cable tv barely has channel's, ice machine doesn't work it been down for over a month washers are 3.50 and 3.50 to dry and are small parking lot is smaller and hard to get parking if your not there by 5pm...

Gentlemen at the front desk was a delight .. they didnt even charge me a deposit .. location not the best and the cable reception really sucked at the time but beds where comfortable ... note : thier sofa pull out = not recommended for any one past 50lbs .
Seems to be some ppl living there and they literally hang around pool ( which is smack dab in front of hotel and almost front desk ) and stare and gawk @ peeps..lol.. AC worked phenomenal..and they have large mini fridges ..overall not too shabby

We were there in the July first week and the hotel caught fire because the electric bike battery exploded for some reason. Our room was close to the place where the incident happened and we asked to change the room but that was the only room available (as per the staff).
Also, there was no free breakfast available but only coffee in the front desk area.
Apart from this experience, the owner seems nice and genuine from what I talked with them.

We had a quiet stay in this hotel. Front desks are nice and accomodating. There was a complimentary coffee in the front desk. There were lots of parking space. The only thing that we did not like was its proximity to inter faith community service building which was right in front of the hotel, there were homeless hanging around by the parking entrance and some random person asking for change in front of the lobby. Bath towels were medium size and rough, it came with 2 bar soaps and a shampoo. I love that there were working microwave and fridge. Nothing crazy happened during our stay but it was just the thinking of something might happened during our stay or something might happen to our car that is just parked where these people can have access to. So, if you dont mind these people, it is a good place to stay and it is just 12 minutes drive to safari park and other nice restaurants.
