Guest services and cleaning ladies are so nice and welcoming. Had a suite king room and it was very nice. Fit myself, husband, 3 kids and our small dog just perfect. My aunt & uncle had to stay here for almost 3 months while their roof got worked on and they had nothing but great things to say as well. Their breakfast is very good and coffee is great! We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Don’t stay here. It’s location between two major highways creates an echo chamber of noise vibrations and sounds that penetrate your room at night. The property is undergoing renovation. It’s long overdue. I have had better maintained places to stay in combat zones than this hotel. The staff was pleasant, but was apparently fighting with their new software. Breakfast was adequate. Its location offered sufficient ground to walk my pet outside, but was so covered with garbage, I found myself pulling it constantly out of my Pet’s mouth. A major portion of debris around the hotel seem to stem from its renovations. I think there may have been a dog walk area inside a walled area, but it was hardly convenient from where we were located in the hotel. I wish I had asked or the staff had told me since they knew I was traveling with a pet. I rarely rate properties so negatively, but this one given the lack of maintenance in the rooms, the appalling noise level is one I will avoid hereafter. Even after they finish their renovations, unless they have add extreme noise mitigation, it will look nicer, but will sound the same.

My husband and I, moved to Texas we stayed here for 30 days for his work! I have 2 kids and was treated amazingly the whole time! The staff is great. They treated me and my kids so well. Breakfast every morning was a blessing and they always welcomed me with a smile. Room service was great as well! We also enjoyed the pool! Thank you all for being so kind to me and my family for 30 days straight!

I LOVED the mobile check in option. Made checking in quick and easy. Our stay was for the most part good. Pros: clean room, comfortable beds, quick check in process and QUIET. Cons They are updating the hotel so it is a bit messy, there was a large gap between the bottom of door and floor (we rolled up a towel to block out the light), the caulking around the tub and on the floor has some mold or mildew on it just needs to be deep cleaned or redone. The worst part was breakfast it was lacking variety and was VERY basic. We ended up having to stop and get breakfast somewhere which defeated the whole point of booking a hotel with breakfast. All in all I would rate this hotel a 3.5 out of 5.

This is a great place to stay. On arrival I’m always greeted with a friendly smile and words of welcome. The check in process is smooth and easy. The room is always ready and super clean. The drains on the sinks and tubs are always in efficient working condition. The beds and pillows are first rate I’ve always had a comfortable stay and that’s why I keep coming back. Hats off to Barbara,Karen and the others for service that’s ranks with the best I’ve ever received.

The staff is great. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. The processes of checking-in and checking-out were very simple, quick and easy. The location is well situated for easy access to everything in the Sherman, Texas area. This is awesome place to stay.

We ended up at this location because the motel we booked wasn't pet friendly, so we stayed here out of desperation. The rooms are fair, if you're coming to sleep FORGET IT!!! from 4 or 5 in the morning trash trucks dumping. Then the walls are paper thin the people next door where arguing and being loud sounded like they were in our room, and you could here other conversations from other room. They need to invest in some insulation. House keeping starts knocking on the door at 8am to clean the room and doesn't stop until your gone so room can be cleaned. The breakfast that's put out for you every morning, is just NASTY, it's literally so bad my dog wouldn't even eat it, that should tell you something. Staff is just a little to friendly for me, never thought I would say that the room was 125.00 a night, never thought I'd pay that, to be kept awake all night second night motel was full of kids running and yelling up and down the hallway at 11pm.The absolutely worst place to stay
DO NOT STAY HERE! I think they should have paid us to stay there. And let's not forget the CIGARETTE SMOKE CLOUD you would get when going to get in your vehicle, every time the house keeping lady was at the door smoking, why not walk into the parking area away from the door where everyone is coming in and out. NOT EVERYONE LIKES CIGARETTES OR WANTS TO SMELL LIKE CIGARETTE SMOKE

Got stuck in Sherman due to the snow and this place is the best. I have stayed at several La Quintas and this is the best by far. Shawna at the front desk is the best ever, and everone is super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Best customer service ever.
There is some remodeling going on and the rooms are still clean and comfy and the public spaces are quite nice. Great Staff. Thanks La Quinta and Shawna!
